Much progress has been made in creating equity, diversity, and inclusion for people with a disability, mental health and/or neurodiverse conditions in areas of society and in the workplace. However, whilst words matter, actions matter more and much remains to be done.

As such, it is with great pleasure that we have decided to host the Bloomberg Power of Abilities forum, our first flagship event on this topic, which will take place on Tuesday 5 December at Bloomberg’s London Headquarters.

This Forum will bring together industry executives, thought leaders and advocates across society who are all passionate about creating a more equal and inclusive future. It will take place in-person, attended by an audience of influential leaders and senior executives among the international business and creative industries, in addition to being streamed live on the Bloomberg network.

Discussion topics will include, the importance of diversity within the boardroom, breaking stigmas and the importance of communities to drive change. We will also hear from Dame Darcey Bussell on how abilities have enhanced her creativity and allowed her to excel in the world of dance.
