Speed-mentoring FAQ 

1. What is the purpose of the session?
Our goal is to inspire and empower female students with advice on career and development.

2. I have no prior experience with mentoring. Can I still participate in this session?

Whether it’s your first time or you’ve had prior experience, we welcome all to participate in the session to share, learn and inspire.

3. How will a speed-mentoring session run?

Mentors and the tertiary students will be mixed in groups of 4 to 6 per table. At each table, there will be question card sets for mentors and students. The students will start off by asking questions to mentors. At any time during the session, mentors can also pose questions to the students using the cue cards.
